How do I update my address and contact information?

  1. Go to Update My Profile.
  2. Log in to your web account as prompted.

How do I change my continuing education preference?

  1. Go to Update My Profile.
  2. Log in to your web account as prompted.

The Update My Profile page displays and you can change your CE preference. A CE preference allows ASRT to provide you with content based upon your interest and needs. To receive the Radiation Therapist journal, select radiation therapy as your CE preference. To receive mammography-targeted Directed Readings, select mammography as your area of interest. Only one area of interest may be selected.


How many CE credits will I receive as a member?

You are guaranteed to receive access to a minimum of 15 CE credits per calendar year through access to Directed Readings from our journals. You must pass the quizzes to earn the credits.


How do I access my Directed Reading quizzes?

Members can access available Directed Reading quizzes online or by calling Member Services at 800-444-2778. You can also use the shortcut

How do I submit CE certificates for credit tracking?

Documentation can be sent by e-mail to, by fax to 505-816-1951, by website upload or by mail to 15000 Central Ave., Albuquerque, NM 87123-3909. You can also download the ASRT app which allows you to take a picture of your certificate using your device and upload it to our website.

Be sure to include your full name and either an ASRT member number or the last four digits of your Social Security number. Please allow up to 10 business days for eligible credits to be entered into your CE record.


Why can't I access DR quizzes from a previous membership period?

The DR quizzes accessible to you are those from journals you have purchased individually or journals mailed to you as part of your current membership period. The join date and the expiration date define an ASRT membership period. If your membership lapses and you rejoin the ASRT, you will be assigned a new join date and you will have access to DR quizzes from your most recent join date.

Access to answer sheets may be purchased through the ASRT Store, or Member Services can assist you with a purchase by phone.


When will I get my journal?

The bimonthly issue of Radiologic Technology should arrive in the mail no later than 15th of the second publication month. Please contact Member Services at 800-444-2778 if you do not receive your journal by that date and we will send you another copy. Members can also access the Journals online.


How do I get a receipt or update my credit card?

  1. Login to your Web account.
  2. Select My ASRT in the upper right corner, and then My Account.
  3. Select View Order History to view and print receipts for all of your ASRT orders.
  4. Select Update Credit Card to change the credit card for your automatic membership payment.

Where can I find a list of all the benefits of membership?

You can find a list of membership benefits by going to the Membership Categories page and then clicking on the category that you belong to.


How do I access my ASRT Store purchases?

  1. Login to your ASRT Web account.
  2. Select Quick Links on the right, and then My Learning.
  3. Select Launch underneath the module you wish to complete.

How do I cancel my membership?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your ASRT membership. If you are not satisfied, you may cancel your membership within 30 days after your payment has been processed. A $15 processing fee will be deducted from your refund. Chapter and application fees are not refundable.
