Job Description
The American Society of Radiologic Technologists is seeking a systems administrator to ensure the stable operation of the in-house computer systems and related infrastructure. This individual will work with the IT Operations team on various activities, including planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting and optimizing all applications, and ensuring high levels of availability and security of supported business applications. In addition, this person will participate in the planning and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure system provisioning and maintenance that is consistent with company goals, industry best practices and applicable regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain end user accounts, permissions and access rights as assigned.
- Manage system backups and recovery.
- Ensure all applications are performing efficiently on all workstations and servers.
- Manage servers, including application, service, and print servers, and associated operating systems and software.
- Serve as backup support for network infrastructure operations.
- Manage incoming Help Desk requests from end users via software, telephone, e-mail or in person in a courteous and professional manner.
- Stay current with industry trends and identify opportunities for technological improvement.
Successful Candidates Meet the Following Criteria:
- High School Diploma up to Bachelor's Degree in computer science or a technology-related field.
- A+, Net+, MCTS certification preferred or an equivalent level of experience.
- Knowledge of current versions of Windows, M365, Microsoft Teams, Adobe Acrobat Reader, Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, SharePoint, and CRM.
