SPARGO, Inc. is the only official housing provider for the ASRT Radiation Therapy Conference
Recently, ASRT was made aware of a “pirate and poacher” business that is actively seeking to recruit and divert
ASRT attendees from securing hotel reservations through ASRT’s official registration and housing provider,
SPARGO, Inc. Don’t be misled by companies that solicit you via email or over the phone and misrepresent
themselves as ASRT’s official housing provider.
- Check the email address of the individual sending the communication. All ASRT housing emails will come from [email protected]. The latest poaching email came from [email protected].
- Do NOT reserve or engage with any provider other than Spargo, Inc.. They will take your credit card information, but no reservation will actually be made for you.
- Make your reservations using the link on this site.
- If you receive any emails from these poaching companies, please pass them along to either [email protected] or [email protected].
