Attendees can register online, onsite, or by mail, fax and phone. We encourage attendees to register in advance to guarantee they receive all conference materials and to avoid long lines at the conference. See the Registration page.

No. If there is a course you want to attend, simply show up for it. All courses will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Attendees will have radio-frequency identification tags in their badge holders that will allow ASRT to track attendance in educational sessions. As you walk through the meeting room doors, SmartGates will automatically record your attendance. Be sure your badge is visible when entering the rooms. Read more about RFID tag do’s and don’ts.

Everyone attending an educational session or visiting the ASRT or ASTRO exhibit halls must register. Conference registration packages are available to everyone.

Badges must be picked up in person at the registration desk during registration hours at the Boston Marriott Copley Place.

Access to the ASTRO exhibit hall is complimentary, but you will need to stop by the ASTRO registration desk to pick up your ASTRO exhibit hall badge. This exhibit-only badge does NOT provide access to any other parts of the ASTRO meeting. To visit additional parts, you will need to register for the ASTRO meeting. Discounted ASTRO registration rates are available to ASRT registrants, but you must register with ASTRO.

You qualify for a discounted rate to attend ASTRO courses if you are registered for the ASRT RTC. Visit the ASTRO website or the SROA website for information about their annual meetings.

Registration includes coffee before the first session each morning and lunch on Sunday.

It depends on when you registered and how you registered. Please call ASRT Member Services at 800-444-2778 to determine when your membership will be active and when you can expect your first journal.

ASRT accepts registration cancellations that are submitted at least 30 days before the first day of the event. Refunds will be issued based on the original method of payment, and a 25% cancellation fee will be deducted. To transfer your event registration to another person, notify the ASRT of the transfer request in advance of the event; a $50 transfer fee will apply. To transfer or cancel your registration, send a letter to ASRT Member Services, 15000 Central Ave. SE, Albuquerque, NM 87123-3909, or email [email protected]. Full refunds will be issued if the event is cancelled. The ASRT accepts no responsibility and offers no reimbursement for airfare or other expenses attendees incur.

ASRT has a room block with a special conference rate at the Boston Marriott Copley Place. To get the discounted rate, you must book through the ASRT Housing Center. Reservations can be made beginning May 14. Refer to the Travel and Housing page for details.

Students are those who are enrolled in a primary radiologic science program. Those who have received their initial certification and are enrolled in a secondary educational program must register at the member or nonmember pricing.

By attending the ASRT RTC, you grant ASRT permission to use your name and likeness and your statements about the conference and events in photographs, videos, advertising, social media or any other type of promotional material, unless you revoke this permission in writing to the ASRT.

At RTC, ASRT uses a lead retrieval system that allows exhibitors to scan a QR code on your badge. The only way for these exhibitors to receive any of your contact information to send you information about their products and services is for you to allow them to scan your badge at the event. If you do not want to receive information on products and services, do not allow exhibitors to scan your badge. You also can send an email no later than the day before the event to [email protected] asking to be removed from the lead retrieval report.

ASRT registered attendees can access ASTRO sessions and the ASTRO poster hall by paying a reduced registration rate. To receive this reduced rate, you must provide your ASRT registration number. Please note that due to attendance verification guidelines set forth by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, ASTRO is unable to offer Category A continuing education credits for the 2026 ASTRO Annual Meeting. Registered ASRT attendees can visit the ASTRO exhibit hall for free, but you will need to stop by the ASTRO registration desk to pick up your ASTRO exhibit hall badge. Please note that registration does not provide access to the ASTRO poster hall or poster viewing session and reception. To visit the ASTRO poster hall, register for the ASTRO meeting.

ASTRO and SROA registrants will need to register by mail or fax only to secure the discounted registration rate. You must provide your ASTRO or SROA registration confirmation to receive the discounted rate. Only attendees who purchase a complete registration package will be guaranteed all conference materials. All sessions are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Please be sure your institution registers you for ASRT RTC and not the ASTRO Annual Meeting. Make sure they have either a copy of our registration form or the online registration link. Both ASRT and ASTRO are unable to refund registration fees if you register for the wrong meeting. You must be registered for ASRT RTC to attend ASRT courses.
