ASRT’s Secure Login

After Feb 12, all users will need to use their email address to log in.

ASRT is implementing enhanced online security to protect your account and personal information. Watch this video to learn how to log in to the new system for the first time.

Go to the "Log In" page by selecting the "Log In" button located in the upper right side of page.
Follow the on screen steps or continue reading below for detailed instructions.

Yes
No

Yes, I have an existing ASRT.org account

To update your login information, select "I have an account on ASRT.org"
Find your existing ASRT account by selecting one of these options:

"Yes, I know my previous ASRT username and password"

Provide the username and password you have used to previously log in to ASRT.org.
"No, I can't remember my previous ASRT username and password"

Provide the email address connected to your ASRT.org account and verify your account information by correctly answering two security questions.

Complete all form fields and click the blue "Submit" button.
Your email address will be your new account username.
If your existing account record is matched, you will continue to the registration form and be prompted to setup a new secure password.
Complete all form fields and click the blue "Register" button.

Congratulations! Your new ASRT account login has been created. You may continue to browse the site with your new login.

If you have never had an ASRT account before, select "I have never had an account on ASRT.org and need to create a new account."
Complete all form fields and click the blue "Register" button.
Your email address will be your new account username.

Why do I need to create a new account?

ASRT has implemented enhanced online security systems, which requires all users to create a new account. Your new account ensures that your information is transferred to our secure online systems.
What’s changing?

Once you’ve created your new account, your unique email address will now serve as your login ID. Some users may have used another login with our previous application.
Sounds like a scam to me. Is this really ASRT?

This really is us. We’re alerting users so they can expect the change, understand the new process and know it’s “official.”
Why is this necessary?

We’re moving to this improved level of security to reflect current industry standards and to interface more securely with vendor partners who provide some of our online experience. We’re constantly evaluating our processes to provide users with leading security features and enhanced online privacy.
What do I do if I run into a problem?

For the majority of our 157,000 members and other users, there shouldn’t be a problem. However, if you have other questions or need assistance, please contact our Member Services team at 800-444-2778 or [email protected], Monday through Friday, 8 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. Mountain time.
