Two Year Agreement
$600 1-12 submissions

Live Lectures

$150 Annual Approval
single lecture activity or renewal, one topic (one year regardless of length).
$260 Two-year Approval
single lecture activity or renewal, one topic (two years regardless of length).
$365 Three-year Approval
single lecture activity or renewal, one topic (three years regardless of length).
$60 One-Time Use
Single lecture activity, one topic (up to two hours in length)
Course:
$60 Base Fee + $5 per credit
one time use, one topic (longer than two hours)
Seminar:
$60 per day + $5 per credit
one time use, multiple topics (partial day, full day or several days)
 

Self-learning

0.25 - 3.25 hrs.
$150 Annual approval
$260 Two-year approval
$365 Three- year approval
3.5 - 9.25 hrs.
$300 Annual approval
$520 Two-year approval
$730 Three- year approval
9.5+ hrs.
$450 Annual approval

Priority Handling Fee:

IPs: $45 per lecture
All others: 50% of the total cost

Re-review Fee (unchanged):

50% of total cost of original review.
