This module examines various methods of project management and how to recognize an individual’s role and the responsibilities that come with that role. You will learn about the five process groups of project management and the basic functions of each group.
This module explains the difference between management and leadership, and it examines various management theories, including the five basic principles of change management. The module also defines ethics and shows how to apply them in leadership positions.
This module describes the components of health care systems and how changes in health care costs affect economic decisions. You will learn about the effect of insurance on the supply and demand of medical care and the role that government plays in the health care industry.
