• When can I register for the conference?

  Registration for this year's conference opens March 10. Advance registration discounted rates are available through May 18. See the Registration page.

• How do I register?

  Participants can register online, by mail, by fax, on the phone or on site. We strongly encourage attendees to register in advance to guarantee receipt of all conference materials and to avoid long lines at the conference. See the Registration page.

• Do I need to sign up for specific courses?

  No. If there is a course you want to attend, all you have to do is show up for the class. All courses will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

• How do I earn continuing education credit for the courses I attend?

  Attendees will have radio-frequency identification (RFID) tags in their badge holders that will allow the ASRT to track attendance in educational sessions. As attendees walk through the classroom doors, gates will automatically record their attendance. Be sure your badge is visible when entering classrooms so the gates can acknowledge your attendance. • Who needs to register?

  Everyone attending a session or participating in the Annual Governance and House of Delegates Meeting must register. Conference packages are available to everyone.

• When will I receive my registration materials?

  Registration materials must be picked up in person at the registration desk during registration hours at the Golden Nugget Casino Resort.

• What meals are included in my registration package?

  Those registered for the Educational Symposium are welcome to enjoy lunch in the ASRT Expo on Thursday. Those registered for the Annual Governance and House of Delegates Meeting are welcome to enjoy soft drinks and appetizers during the ASRT Expo, Welcome Reception and Pin Exchange on Thursday, breakfast before the First House of Delegates Meeting and lunch at the ASRT Expo on Friday, and breakfast on Saturday and Sunday.

  Please note: The Guest Badge only includes meals at the ASRT Expo, Welcome Reception and Pin Exchange in the ASRT Expo on Thursday evening and the ASRT Expo and lunch on Thursday and Friday. Courses are not included in the guest package.

• If my package includes a one-year ASRT membership, is the membership active immediately?

  It depends on when you registered and how you registered. Please call Member Services at 800-444-2778 to determine when your membership will be active and when you can expect your first journal.

• What is ASRT's cancellation policy?

  The ASRT accepts cancellations of event registration if submitted at least 30 days before the first day of the event. Refunds will be issued based on your original method of payment, and a 25% cancellation fee will be deducted. To transfer your event registration to another person, the ASRT must be notified of the transfer request in advance of the event. A $50 transfer fee will apply. To transfer or cancel your registration, send a letter to ASRT Member Services, 15000 Central Ave. SE, Albuquerque, NM 87123-3909 or email [email protected]. Full refunds will be issued if the event is cancelled. The ASRT accepts no responsibility and offers no reimbursement for airfare or other expenses incurred by participants.

• How do I book my hotel room?

  We’ve secured a group rate at the Nugget Casino Resort. To get the discounted rate, you book online or call the hotel directly not later than May 18, 2025 (or as availability allows). Please refer to the Housing page for details.

• Conference and Event Photo Release

  By attending ASRT conferences and events, including but not limited to the Educational Symposium, the ASRT Annual Governance and House of Delegates Meeting, and the Radiation Therapy Conference, you grant ASRT permission to use your name and likeness and your statements about the conference(s) in photographs, videos, advertising, social media or any other type of promotional material. Unless you revoke this permission in writing to the ASRT, by virtue of your attendance you agree to the use of your likeness in such materials.

• Lead Retrieval Release

  At Educational Symposium, exhibitors utilize a lead retrieval system that enables them to scan the QR code on your badge. This allows them to collect your contact information in order to send you details about their products and services. If you do not want to receive information on products and/or services, do not allow exhibitors to scan your badge. You also may send an email no later than the day before the event to [email protected] asking to be removed from the lead retrieval report.

• What are the requirements to attend as a student and receive the student rate?

  Students are those who are enrolled in a primary radiologic program. Those who have received their initial certification and enrolled in a secondary educational program must register at the member or non-member pricing.
