• How do I qualify to earn CE credit for attending an ASRT Live® webcast?

  You must successfully log in, attend the webcast for at least 50 minutes and complete a short survey at the conclusion of the live event. The survey will be emailed to you within one hour after the end of the live webcast and must be completed within five business days after the conclusion of the event.

• Do I need to take a quiz?

  No. Just like attending a live lecture at a conference, attendees do not need to complete a quiz to earn CE credit for attending a live webcast. You only need to attend the webcast and complete a survey after the end of the live webcast to earn CE credit. The survey will be emailed to you within one hour after the end of the live webcast and must be completed within five business days after the conclusion of the event.

• How will I receive confirmation that I earned CE credit for the webcast?

  After your attendance is confirmed and your completed survey is submitted, you will receive an email notification confirming you earned CE credit for the course. Please allow up to five business days for CE credit processing. ASRT members also will have the credit automatically added to their online CE record within five business days.

• I can’t make it to the live webcast. May I access the recording?

  Yes. Live webcasts will be made available as a recording within a few weeks after the live presentation. Members with the Directed Reading Flex Plan® who did not receive CE credit for the live webcast will see the recorded version listed in their Directed Reading library. Members with the Traditional Plan and nonmembers can purchase access to the recorded webcasts in the ASRT Store. The successful completion of a quiz will be required to earn CE credit.

• After attending a live webcast, may I watch the presentation again as a recording?

  Yes. Access to the recorded version of the presentation will be made available within a few weeks after the live presentation in the Webcast Archive. These are available for educational and informational purposes only and not for CE credit.

• Do ASRT Live® webcasts reduce my bank of DR Flex Plan® CE credits?

  Yes. Attending an ASRT Live^® webcast will deduct 1 CE credit from your CE credit bank.

• I registered for the live webcast but will not be able to attend. How do I cancel my registration?

  Members with the DR Flex Plan® can cancel their webcast registration prior to the event by visiting their library of Directed Readings and clicking "Cancel Registration." Your bank of CE credits will not be reduced. Members with the Traditional Plan and nonmembers should call Member Services at 800-444-2778, Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Mountain time. Read the ASRT Live® refund policy.

• What is the optimal device configuration to view an ASRT Live® webcast?

  For optimal viewing, our vendor recommends joining the webcast from your computer or laptop using Chrome as your browser. However, you may connect to an ASRT Live^® event from any smartphone, tablet or computer with a reliable internet connection. Chrome, Explorer, Edge, Firefox and Safari are all compatible browsers. If using Safari, update the browser settings to "allow auto-play" and refresh your screen before connecting to an ASRT Live^® event.

• How do I know if I successfully registered for an ASRT Live® webcast?

  Upon successful registration, an email confirmation will be sent to the address saved in your ASRT profile. If you do not receive the confirmation email, check your spam folder. Call Member Services at 800-444-2778 to confirm your registration if you cannot locate the confirmation email.

• How do I access the survey to earn CE credit?

  An email with a link to access the survey will be sent to the address saved in your ASRT profile within one hour after the live webcast ends. Check your spam folder if you do not receive the confirmation email. If the email cannot not be found, call Member Services at 800-444-2778 to obtain a link to the survey.

• I am having trouble viewing or hearing the live webcast. What do I do?

  If your connection to the live webcast is not ideal or interrupted in any way, first refresh your browser to improve your connection. If that does not resolve the issue, log out of the live webcast and log back in as needed to establish a proper connection. If you continue to have problems, refer to the optimal device configuration FAQ or contact Blue Sky Technical Support Help Desk at 888-364-8804.
