ASRT’s Government Relations Department is offering this four-part series that will give technologists, who are new to the profession and new to advocacy, the fundamental knowledge and skills to confidently advocate for the profession.


The modules will tackle key aspects of advocacy, providing both a broad overview and a focused R.T.-specific view.

Advocacy 101

This session will introduce participants to what advocacy is, why it’s important and the processes they can use to accomplish their advocacy goals.

Learn the ins-and-outs of advocacy for the medical imaging and radiation therapy profession. In particular, the session covers the ways in which public policy impacts the profession at federal, state and local levels.
