Professional Group Membership FAQ

Keep Your Staff Up to Date

  • How many people are required to qualify for a group?

    We request 10 or more members for a group.


  • Do you accept purchase orders for group invoices?

    We are unable to accept purchase orders for membership dues. Group membership invoices can be paid by check or credit card.


  • Can I add a new hire now, or do I need to wait until our next billing date?

    You can add new employees to your group at any time during the year. We will invoice a prorated amount as needed to align their membership with the rest of the group.


  • I have employees who are already ASRT members. Can I add them to my group membership?

    Yes! We encourage you to add all eligible employees to your group. We will prorate their dues based on their current expiration date and your group’s next billing date.


  • Can I renew my group membership for multiple years at a time?

    Group memberships renew one year at a time to accommodate any changes in staff. Memberships are not transferrable from one member to another.


  • When will I receive my renewal notice?

    You will receive your first renewal notice via email 60-75 days prior to your due date.
