    • Cvent
      Cvent is a company based in northern Virginia offering meeting and event planning solutions that include registration and site selection. Its registration management program is web-based and fees vary based on the size and complexity of your meeting. In addition, there is generally a per-registrant fee (in the $1-$3/per registrant range). They also offer a variety of mobile apps for some of their solutions, one of which allows you to run your entire registration check-in process via an iPad or other mobile device.

      Cvent has sales meetings around the country, usually about an hour in length, throughout the year. You may be able to attend one of these events to learn more about their offerings.
