Annual Drawing
The Annual Drawing raises more money for ASRT Foundation programs than any other single event or campaign we run. In an average year, ticket sales can provide as much as 20% of the funding for our scholarship program or more than 100% of our research grants. And, because you need to be an ASRT member to win, your chances are too good to ignore!

Grand Prize
Winner's choice of a five-night trip for two to a destination of choice within the continental United States, Alaska or Hawaii, covering up to $3,999 in expenses.

The Annual Drawing is open Feb. 24, 2025 - May 31, 2025. Only ASRT members are eligible to buy tickets and claim prizes.
Affiliate Competition
Every ticket purchase gets you one step closer to winning a cash prize for your local ASRT affiliate! Select “Affiliate” when asked how you heard about the Drawing. Prizes are awarded to the affiliates that raise the most per capita and the affiliates with the most tickets sold.

Annual Drawing FAQ
This year the Foundation will provide more than $400,000 in scholarships and grants to professionals and students who need a helping hand to achieve their educational and professional goals. Because ASRT membership dues do not directly fund these programs, the Foundation must gain support through fundraising activities such as the Annual Drawing.
Although most contributions to the Foundation are tax deductible, the purchase of Annual Drawing tickets is not tax deductible per IRS regulations because the prizes are of significant value.
Tickets will be available for purchase from Feb. 24, 2025 to May 31, 2025. Ticket sales will close at 11:59 p.m. Mountain time on May 31. Any tickets purchased after this time will not be entered into the drawing, and the full amount can be refunded.
Winning ticket numbers will be randomly drawn in Albuquerque, New Mexico on June 13, 2025. Winners will be notified by phone or e-mail immediately after the drawing.
Winning ticket numbers will be posted online by June 30, 2025. Winners' names will be published by July 31, 2025.
Winning ticket holders will be contacted by the ASRT Foundation. If you are the purchaser of a winning ticket, you will be required to complete and return release and acknowledgement forms within 30 days.
Chances of winning are based upon the total number of tickets sold. Ticket sales are limited to ASRT members. Last year 514 members participated, which means great odds for you!
