Eligibility Pathways:

• All applicants must be active ASRT members and must reside within the continental United States, Hawaii or Alaska.
• ASRT Foundation Board of Trustees, ASRT Board of Directors, ASRT staff and their immediate family members are not eligible to apply.
• Applicants must be one of the following:
  1. Individual who has started or completed an approved course meeting the didactic requirements for mammography certification who needs a clinical site placement. The scholarship will support travel if the clinical site is not within 50 miles of applicant’s home to complete the 25 proctored exam requirement.
  2. Individual interested in pursuing the didactic requirements for mammography certification with a clinical site and proctor in place. Proof of enrollment in an approved course meeting the didactic requirements for mammography certification is required prior to the release of funds. Financial assistance to support the cost of the didactic education.
  3. Individual interested in pursuing the didactic requirements for mammography certification without a clinical site and proctor in place. Proof of enrollment in an approved course meeting the didactic requirements for mammography certification is required prior to the release of funds. Financial assistance to support the cost of didactic education and travel expenses if the clinical site is not within 50 miles of applicants’ home.
