The ASRT Foundation has awarded $296,110 in scholarships to 75 recipients for the 2025-2026 academic year.
This year's recipients include practicing professionals working toward new certifications and degrees and entry-level students attending colleges and universities throughout the United States. The scholarships are funded through partnerships with corporations, nonprofits and generous donors.
According to Jaroslava Kasparova Almeraris, a radiologic technology student at Santa Rosa Junior College in Santa Rosa, California, “This scholarship is not just financial support, but also a reminder that I am believed in, truly seen and supported. My goal is to advance into computed tomography and work in trauma care, where I can provide care to those in critical need.”
The ASRT Foundation Scholarship Review Committee completed the application review process in February and provided its recommendations to the ASRT Foundation Board of Trustees, which then approved the applicants. The committee selected the recipients based on evidence of commitment, leadership, achievement and financial need.
