ASRT Diversity Leadership Development Program

Applications for the Diversity Leadership Development Program will open in spring 2024.

The medical imaging and radiation therapy profession is a remarkably diverse and vibrant community, and the same is true of the membership of the American Society of Radiologic Technologists. To carry on our tradition of inclusivity and fulfill our mission for the entire medical imaging and radiation therapy community, the ASRT is proud to announce the Diversity Leadership Development Program (DLDP). This new program will continually and systematically work to ensure all of our members’ voices are being heard at the leadership level.

Program Goals

  • Inspire a new generation of leaders to take part in ASRT’s governance structure.
  • Bring together members of all backgrounds to drive creativity and innovation in the field of radiologic technology.
  • Build relationships among our members to spread ideas and solutions to care for our diverse patient populations.
